Please note that all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Cskyn is not responsible for any charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. If unsure on import charges for your country please contact your local customs authority who will be able to advise you on any additional charges that may apply.
The team at Cskyn hope you enjoy your new items, but we understand sometimes your new swimwear just doesn’t work for you, if this is the case then you can return* your items within 30 days of purchase and either exchange for a new item or request a refund of your original purchase excluding shipping charges. Please complete the form included with your purchase.
Please ensure you keep a record of your tracking reference for your return/s as if we do not receive your item we will not be able to process an exchange or refund for your purchase.
*Returns will not be accepted if:
- If it has been over 30 days since receiving your parcel
- Items appear to have been marked whilst trying on (i.e. the swimwear has make-up marks or an odour), or no longer have their sanitary sticker in place, or original tags attached.
Faulty Items
All items are checked carefully before leaving our warehouse but in the occurrence, your item is faulty upon receipt please contact our customer manager fleur@cskyn.co.nz for further information. If the item is agreed to be faulty we will gladly exchange or provide you with a refund.
